Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Vantage Labz offers a referral-based program where approved individuals may earn a commission for referring new customers. Affiliates earn 10% of the product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts) on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.

2. Eligibility & Approval

• You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
• Vantage Labz reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
• We may reject or terminate any affiliate who engages in misleading advertising, spam, or any activity that could harm the Vantage Labz brand.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission rate: 10% of product subtotal only (shipping, taxes, and fees are excluded).
• Commissions are calculated only on completed and paid orders from new customers who use your unique referral link or QR code.
• Commissions become payable once the referred order is marked as "Delivered" and the 7-day product claim window has passed.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50. Payouts are processed monthly via your chosen method (PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App).

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Make any medical, therapeutic, or health benefit claims about our products.
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.
• Bid on Vantage Labz branded keywords in paid search.
• Create any impression that you are an employee or official representative of Vantage Labz.
• Promote our products on websites that contain illegal, adult, or offensive content.

5. Intellectual Property

You may use only the official Vantage Labz logos, banners, and marketing materials provided to you. You may not modify them without written permission.

6. Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and legal compliance.

7. Termination

Vantage Labz may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will be paid any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination, subject to the minimum threshold.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vantage Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

10. Changes to Terms

Vantage Labz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
