These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantage Labz website and the purchase of products. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website and refrain from purchasing any products.
1. Research Use Only (RUO)
All products sold by Vantage Labz are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). By purchasing from Vantage Labz, you acknowledge and agree that you are a licensed researcher, scientist, or qualified professional purchasing these compounds solely for legitimate laboratory research and experimentation purposes. Bodily introduction of any kind is strictly prohibited by law. All purchases are limited to licensed researchers and/or qualified professionals only.
2. FDA Compliance & Regulatory Status

They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage Labz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your purchase or use of any product. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTAGE LABZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY PRODUCT OR THIS WEBSITE. In no event shall Vantage Labz' total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
6. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the requirement for strict chain-of-custody in laboratory settings, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on any research chemical products once shipped. Exceptions may be made at Vantage Labz' sole discretion for products that arrive damaged or materially defective. Any claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be issued as store credit or product replacement only.
7. Shipping & Export Restrictions
Vantage Labz ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and receipt of these products complies with all federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction. Products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain handling where required. Vantage Labz is not responsible for any product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery. Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific states or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing and possessing these products in your location before ordering.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vantage Labz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Vantage Labz.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Vantage Labz operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
